Project Update 1

My written project is underway now, I’ve written about 1200 words I’ve got another possible 18800 words to go. Most of the written work is the introduction of my dissertation which explains the purpose of it. I think many people will question why put up a blog, what is the point of it ? This is mainly so I can document my process and show you along the way what I’m doing but also to prove to you readers that my steps and approach “work”. I’ve been planning what is the best way to tackle my project in terms of written work. With a 20000 word limit which I like to think I might hit (i doubt) I’ve worked out that if I can write about 500 words a day I would be able to finish the report in about 40 days. If I write about 400 words a day I’d complete it in 50 days and 333 words in 60 days or 166 words in 120 days…..I’ll stop with the chunking now lol keeping in mind that the deadline is the 1st May 2009. I think I’ll be aiming for 333 words.

I know most of you are screaming at you PC screen ” its all about quality and not quantity” this I’m very aware of and I’m certainly not going to be writing for the sake of it ( don’t really want finger ache). From what I can see and what I know about internet marketing I got a feeling this might reach 20000 words. I hope not because I don’t want to be filling space with rubbish. This is an ideal plan but I plan to write along the way and there will be times where I have to wait for certain things to develop before I continue writing.

I gotta say I’m really excited about this project because in a way I get to express myself without limitations It can also be said that I’m building a online business while doing my dissertation. How cool is that ? What’s even more exciting is being able to build an asset that I hope will be valuable in the future. I’ve no ideas how many times I’m going to post but I like to think this will be on a regular basis. I’m going to be revealing everything I know about internet marketing for free from now till may 2009 (1st may 2009 deadline) as well as talking about internet marketing there’s going to be an aspect of aligning your goals…abit of personal growth.I’m sure your gonna be real interested !
